STEP 2. Print out Confirmation Receipt (or have it on your phone)
STEP 3. Day of Arrival: Come to 8300 NW 7th Ave. Miami, Florida 33150. We have a free shuttle for up to 4 people more after that its $5 per person, if you have a larger party you can Drop off your party to the port Of Miami first.
STEP 4. Show or tell parking attendant your confirmation number or receipt
STEP 5. Make sure to take and remove all of your belongs and valuables. Although our lot is safe we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items related to your vehicle, so we strongly urge you to take all belongings with you.
STEP 6. Hop our free shuttle to the Port Of Miami (if you chose a car wash your car will be super shiny by the time you get back) and have a great trip!

A: Yes, Miami Parking Lots 8300 Park & Ride Terminal offers FREE roundtrip shuttle service to and from the port for four (4) passengers, per reservation, while each person above 4 people in the reservation will be charged $5.00 each for their round trip shuttle service. shuttle runs every 30 minutes.

A: White Busses with “8300” signs and Blue vans also with “8300” on them
Q: What is the schedule for the shuttle service?
A: Shuttle services runs every 30 minutes commencing at 8am and finishes at 3pm between the parking lot and the Port of Miami. If for some reason you arrive early or later than expected, you may contact shuttle dispatcher: 305-986-0683.
Q: When i return from the Cruise where do i get picked up?
A: We will provide a map based on the ship you are disembarking from.
Q: Will the shuttle driver pick me up from the Port Of Miami seaport?
A: Yes, the shuttle service is round trip and is included in your parking fee. However, we offer courtesy shuttle service for four (4) people only. Each additional passenger will be charged $5 round trip. This fee will be calculated and quoted during the reservation process. Tickets will reflect the number of passengers that are supposed to be in your group.
Q: Will the shuttle driver help me with my luggage?
A: Yes, the shuttle driver can assist you with your bags. We also have luggage porters to assist you. Tips are always appreciated.

Q: What if I need an additional day on my reservation?
A: You can reserve the additional day(s) on the website where you made your original reservation.
Q: I originally reserved my cruise parking online for four (4) passengers only, now I arrive with two more people. To whom do I pay the additional shuttle fees?
A: You may pay the additional shuttle fees to your checkin attendant
Q: Upon arriving to the Miami Parking Lots 8300 Park & Ride Terminal lot, what documents do I need to bring?
A: Please present your reservation ticket or receipt to the checkin attendant.
Q: Do I need to leave my keys with the lot attendant?
A: Yes, you must leave vehicle key with the lot attendant and you will be given a claim check for your vehicle.
Q: Is the lot covered?
A: We have a mixed lot that provides both covered and non covered parking.
Q: Is the lot Secure?
A: Our lots feature secure perimeter fencing and controlled access points. We are located adjacent to the NEW MiamiDade Sherriff’s Station. It does not get safer then this! We operate a Gated and 100% secure lot with 24/7 guards and 360 surveillance system.
Q: What other services are available ?
A: $7.00 car wash per vehicle (washed the night before you return from your cruise).
Q: Once we enter your lot, are we allowed to leave and come back in our vehicle?
A: No we do not allow multiple reentries.
Q: Is there any height restrictions to park at your lot?
A: No, there are no height restrictions to park at our lot.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A. You may cancel up to twenty-four (24) hours before your anticipated arrival to our lot to receive a full refund without penalty. Before being able to purchase a ticket online from portofmiamicruiseparking.com or from an 8300 Park & Ride Terminal Attendant, you must agree to our policy terms stating that you understand the cancellation policy which states that a refund without penalty cannot be provided to you if you choose to cancel after the twenty-four (24) window has closed.
Q: How do I request a cancellation of my reservation?
You may go to Portofmiamicruiseparking.com to cancel your reservation. We require that all cancellation and refund requests be made in writing to email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations and refunds will be granted if the cancellation is done within the guidelines. Please give us up to three (3) business days to respond and process your cancellation request. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund. Refunds are usually posted on accounts within seven (7) days but it can take up to thirty (30) days before it is reflected on your statement depending on your financial institutions’ procedures.
Q: How can I book a parking spot for my oversized vehicle?
A: Upon booking on our site, there is a drop-down menu option to select what type of vehicle you wish to park at our lot. By selecting the type of vehicle (ex: RV, SUV, Sedan), you will be charged an additional charge for larger vehicles.
