The parking lots have secure perimeter fencing and controlled access egress points. We are not responsible for items left in cars or damages caused by theft, We strongly recommend that you DO NOT leave valuables in your vehicle at any time.

Q: How far is the parking lot from the port?
We are conveniently located 2-3 blocks from the port of miami, easily within walking distance or a short cab or shuttle ride. We usually have cabs waiting in a queue at the lot, and also have the phone numbers listed on your parking receipt.
Q: Is there shuttle service?
YES its an independent operator that charges $5.00 each way per person (prices are subject to change) In an effort to keep our prices $10 below our competitions daily rate we are not able to offer totally free shuttle services but we do offer a shuttle to the port of miami that is by far the cheapest shuttle service from any lot, that combined with our super low prices makes for a winning combination and a deal that cannot be beat. (other companies charge up to $15 each way). We recommend our shuttle or a $8-$13 cab ride depending on the taxi cab company. Upon your return when the ship docks, you can call our shuttle at 305.790.0450 there will also be a line of taxis waiting to take you back to the Port Of Miami Parking lot.
Q: How much does transportation cost to and from the port?
Our Shuttle is $5.00 each way per person and a Taxi is about $8-$13 each way.
Q: Can reservations be made by phone?
Reservations can only be made exclusively through our website at www.portofmiamicruiseparking.com.
Q: What if I don’t get a confirmation number from the website?
Once payment is made via Paypal or CC You will be redirected to a payment confirmation page, If you are not redirected to the payment confirmation page after payment is made, please print out the Paypal payment receipt and that will serve as your parking receipt. Add the dates of your travel and present it to the attendant when you arrive.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
In order to be fully refunded, you must request cancellation of your reservation to firstname.lastname@example.org 48 hours PRIOR to your arrival at our parking lot.

Q: Can I park an RV or large truck at your lot?
Yes, however we require a minimum 3-4 parking spaces to be reserved each day depending on the size of your vehicle.
Q: What if I need an additional day on my reservation?
Unfortunately, you will need to log back onto our site and reserve the additional day and show it to our parking attendant when leaving our lot.
Q: Once we enter your lot, are we allowed to leave and come back in with our vehicle? Yes, you can come and go as you please as long as you show our attendant your confirmation of reservation.
Port Parking Instructions:
Step 1) Check in your luggage at the port. (not a must, but is a convenient alternative to transporting it by taxi after you park)
Step 2) Take your car to Port Of Miami Parking 150 NE 7th St Miami FL
Step 3) Place your receipt on the dash board or give it to the attendant.
Step 4) Make sure you have all of your belongings and valuables. Note: We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items, we strongly urge you to take all belongings with you and lock any other items in your trunk.
Step 5) Use our Shuttle or Choose a cab company above and take the 4 Minute ride back to the port.
